How do I place an order?
To place an order, please follow these instructions:
1. Select ‘Create Your Own’ from the top toolbar, then select which type of print you would like.
2. Select the template you would like to use.
3. Select your preferred size and click ‘Start Creating Your Wood Print’.
4. Login or create an account.
5. Click the blue plus icon to upload your photo/s.
6. Drag and drop your photo onto the page.
To crop the photo double click on it.
You can change the layout, select a background or add text and scrapbook items from the top toolbar.
7. When you are ready to order, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and proceed to the checkout page.
8. Select and upgrade options you would like, add your delivery address and select your shipping option, then proceed to make the payment and confirm the order.
How long will my order take?
If you place your order by midnight, we will print and ship it the following business day.
Standard shipping is delivery within Australia is an additional 2-7 business days and express shipping within Australia is an additional 1-2 business days.
Business days refers to working days in Melbourne, Victoria.
Saturdays, Sundays and Victorian Public Holidays are not counted as business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and the shipping company it has been sent with.
The link to track the parcel will be listed in this email.
I can’t login to my account.
To reset your password, click on the ‘Forgotten your password’ link on the login page.
You will then be emailed instructions on changing your password.
What are the White Background and Glossy upgrades?
If you select the White Background upgrade, we will print a layer of white onto the wood first, then print your photo on top.
This will lessen the wood grain effect and you will not be able to see as much wood grain shining through your photo.
The Glossy Upgrade means we print a glossy varnish over the top of your photo giving it a nice shiny look.
What type of wood are the prints made from?
They are made from FSC certified Birch Plywood.
The wood grain of each panel is unique, therefore each Wood Print is one of a kind.
Will I be able to see the wood grain through the photo?
Yes! This is the beauty of our Wood Prints.
We print so the natural wood grain shines through your image.
White colours aren’t printed, whilst light colours are opaque allowing the wood grain to be visible.
What is the difference between the Stands and Wall Prints?
Our Wood Stands are printed on 4mm Birch Plywood and come with a matching stand so they can be displayed easily on coffee tables or shelves.
The Wood Wall Prints are printed on 12mm Birch Plywood and are designed to be hung on your wall with 3M Velcro strips.
How do I hang the print?
The Wood Wall Prints are designed to be hung on your wall with 3M Velcro strips.
These will be included in your order.
What is a Wood Tile?
Our Wood Tiles are printed onto 9mm Birch Plywood and are 20x20cm in size.
They are designed to be hung on your wall with an adhesive strip that holds strong and removes cleanly from your wall.
You can reposition them at any time.
We recommend ordering the Wood Tiles in multiples so you an create a collage on your wall.
